Role Overview
We’re seeking a freelance HubSpot Marketing Automation Specialist to manage and optimize our marketing automation programs. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who can move between strategy and execution—comfortable building workflows, managing data, and getting campaigns out the door quickly and precisely.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Set-Up & Management
Build, test, and optimize HubSpot email campaigns, workflows, and lead nurturing sequences for marketing programs and sales enablement.
Landing Page Creation
Design and publish clean, conversion-optimized landing pages and forms within HubSpot, following brand guidelines.
Email Marketing
Develop email marketing campaigns including newsletters, nurture streams, and triggered sequences. Ensure responsive design, deliverability, and A/B testing.
List Management & Segmentation
Maintain and optimize contact lists using smart lists and segmentation to support targeted marketing efforts.
Marketing Analytics & Reporting
Build and maintain dashboards to track performance across email, landing pages, and campaigns. Analyze results and make data-driven recommendations.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience managing HubSpot Marketing Hub (Professional or Enterprise level)
- Strong understanding of marketing automation best practices
- Experience building emails, forms, landing pages, and workflows within HubSpot
- Knowledge of list segmentation, contact management, and lead scoring
- Proficiency in reporting and analytics dashboards
- Attention to detail and the ability to QA your own work
- Clear communication and strong organizational skills

- B2B HR tech experience
- Familiarity with HubSpot Sales & Service
- Experience supporting account-based marketing (ABM) programs
