Requirements:
- 5+ years of overall business experience in a comparable industry
- 6 months tenure within current Criminal Research position at ScoutLogic
- Mastery of basic ScoutLogic procedures and tools
Job Summary
The Senior Scout, Trainer is a vital part of the Operations leadership team, and will primarily be responsible for training and onboarding our new Criminal Scout hires. This position is accountable for working within ScoutLogic’s client guidelines as well as the Federal Credit Reporting Act’s (FCRA) regulations to provide minimal turnaround time and high quality results on background research requests
- Deliver engaging training sessions on all ScoutLogic products and services
- Track participation and new hire performance, and report training outcomes.
- Administer LearnUpon software to enable and support online training
- Assess training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and follow-up sessions.
- Design and update training materials, manuals, and e-learning content
- Create and host Lunch and Learn programs for all Public Records Scouts as refreshers every other week
- Host daily Criminal Operations call for a week once a month
- Answer questions in the group chats and QA chat
- Quality Control for new hires
Performance Measures:
- New Hire Quality (weekly QA)
- Successful New Hire Graduation of each class
- New Hire Training Feedback
- Client Satisfaction (NPS and Client Feedback)
Hiring Process:
- Live Training Demo – 20-30 minute mock training session.
- Technical Interview via Panel– Training experience and subject knowledge.
