Job Summary

The Director, Operations - WHS is a vital part of the Operations leadership team, and will primarily be responsible for managing the day-to-day WHS services for our drug testing clients. This position is accountable for working within ScoutLogic’s client guidelines as well as the Fair Credit Reporting Act’s (FCRA) regulations to provide minimal turnaround time and high-quality results on all drug testing and occupational health requests.

Reports to: Vice President, Operations - WHS (Pod Leader)

Scope: Manages 5-10+ Scouts 

Responsibilities 

  • Client Management and Satisfaction
  • Client Escalations when required
  • Scout Team Management
  • Scout performance and objectives management
  • Daily workload management
  • Quality Assurance
  • Leadership of ad-hoc projects and reporting as required.

Qualifications

  • 5-10+ years of experience in customer service, call center and/or BPO environment
  • Management experience of a team
  • Detail oriented and process-driven
  • Works well under pressure and deadlines
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize workload for self and team are key enablers of success
