Job Summary

The Client Admin Analyst is a vital part of the Sales Team and is a big part of the first impression a client has of ScoutLogic.  This position is accountable for creating client accounts and products in the TazWorks portal.  This is the first interaction that the client sees from ScoutLogic.

The Client Admin Analyst will provide excellent client setup support in TazWorks, including setting up new client profiles, products and users. In addition, this role will assist in change requests from existing clients for users, products and packages. Specific target areas include: Password Resets for Clients, New User Setup, Package Changes, New Package Setup, Client Updates (address changes, new billing contacts, etc), New Client Setup, and Welcome Emails. Communicates effectively with internal Sales team to confirm client set-up details, ask the necessary questions and retrieve additional information as needed. Also supplies timely updates and notifications of delays.

Responsibilities

  • Answer Phones and Chat to help support our customer base on off work hours 
  • Support tasks and tickets in Hubspot work queues to support international customer requirements 
  • New Package Setup and Package Changes
  • New User Setups
  • Password Resets
  • Client Credentialing
  • Auditing Products to ensure accuracy
  • Following all procedures to ensure PBSA Accreditation processes are followed
  • Bulk updates to products as needed
  • Miscellaneous Client Requests (lists of users, etc)
  • Excellent Customer Service
  • Ability to learn new tasks
  • eScreen user setups

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years related work experience 
  • Attention to detail a MUST
  • Familiarity with Consumer Reporting Agencies (CRA) and FCRA a plus
  • Familiarity with TazWorks background screening software a plus
  • Proficient knowledge of MS Office (Word and Excel) or Google business applications a plus
  • Strong familiarity with the internet, including internet research experience
  • Excellent analytical, written and verbal communication skills
  • Independent and detail oriented
  • Ability to work under constant deadlines
  • Teamwork oriented attitude
